What is the process to receive an offer from you?
To send you an offer,
contact
contact us, and we will make an appointment to see your space. Then, after assessing the space, we send you our offer electronically within 2 working days. Free.
You can give us a
offer over the phone?
All our offers are sent electronically. Tenders for upholstery cleaning only are sent without any prior estimate.
As far as building cleaning is concerned, due to the fact that each space is unique, we consider it completely unprofessional to give a price if we have not assessed it in person. We recommend that you do not trust someone who “guesses” the amount of work and detail you need.
How do you calculate an offer?
Once your space has been assessed, our quote is calculated based on the hours needed for each job you need. Added to this are the cost of materials, transport costs if calculable, service costs, service tax 22% and VAT 24%.
How is the quality control of your work done?
Our company takes the quality of the cleaning we offer very seriously. All our work, regular or one-off, is checked by our supervisors who have many years of experience. This ensures excellent results every time.
How do you choose your staff?
We are very careful in the selection of our employees. The most important thing we are looking for is experienced people who share our values. All individuals are interviewed, briefed on the cleaning procedures we follow and the first few times they work under the supervision of a supervisor.
What equipment do you use?
Our cleaning crews are equipped with all the necessary tools and cleaning supplies that may be needed in a cleaning, which are washed and disinfected daily. At your request, we can supply your site with new consumables for use at your site only.
What cleaners do you use?
We supply our basic cleaning products, mainly from the Greek company
ALINDA VELCO AVEE
, in which we have found the quality of cleaning we desire. We also use specific products from
Johnson Diversey
and various local suppliers.
For biological purification we use products from
Koch Chemistry
.
All the cleaners we use are ecological, approved and of excellent quality.
When do I pay for your services?
We are paid at the end of the work when we carry out a one-off cleaning, or at the end of each month when we carry out a regular cleaning.
Depending on the volume of work, it is sometimes possible that we may ask for a deposit.
How can I pay?
You can pay in cash to one of our managers, by bank transfer, or at our offices at 23 Demosthenous Street in Ilion.
What services do you not offer?
We do not undertake residential cleaning because there cannot be the necessary supervision to reach our high standards.
